Microderm helped me with the scars I have from accidents over the years, so I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to use it on your face for acne scars. It's easy to use and you don't have to have a prescription like you do with many other acne treatments.
Olive oil and coconut oil work for acne scars. Also try Vitamin E oil.
