Does anyone know any good affordable products or home remedies that YOU'VE TRIED and that WORKED for you?
I don't want answers from pages you got from Google. Trust me, I've seen them all, the tomato treatment, etc.
I just want to know if you suffered from acne scars, if you got rid of them, and what actually worked for you?
If none seems to help, then I will go to a dermatologist.

I've been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it's at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.

I have cystic acne and well, the scars are EVIL. Mederma makes them turn skin color, so I imagine if it's just regular acne then yes. Cystic acne scars turn purple and some have what looks like holes in them just to give you a little reason why I say there's a difference.
