Scar treatment for cyst acne scars?

Hello! I'm 24 and still getting moderate (to sometimes severe) cystic acne. I've been through rounds and rounds of medications and ultimately been left with lots of scars. I have used a product called ';Elicina'; in the past and was satisfied, but I'm wondering if anyone else has used a product that not only fades the red spots but helps elasticize/tighten the skin? Or helps with black heads?


I'm hearing a lot about Meladerm, but the user reviews are mixed.





*sigh* we can put people on the moon but not cure cystic acne.
